Job Summary
Assists in the conduct of administrative support/services in the areas of budget administration, property and supplies management, employee service, records management, procurement system/s administration, and other related activities in the PMSS
Qualification Standards
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 1 year of experience in any of the following:
General administration
Resource management e.g., property, supply and records management, personnel, and budget administration
General clerical and other auxiliary/administrative services, or other related fields
Training: 4 hours of relevant training/learning and development intervention
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility
