Job Summary
Conducts and/or facilitates the administrative support/services in the areas of budget administration, property and supplies management, employee services, records management, accounting, and other related activities in CORAO; Leads the activities related to property and supplies management and procurement
Qualification Standards
Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
Experience: 4 years of relevant experience
Training: 16 hours of relevant training/learning and development intervention
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
Relevant Areas of Experience
- general administration
- resource management, e.g., property, supply and records management, personnel and budget administration
- general clerical and other auxiliary/administrative services, or other related fields
Other Preferred Qualifications
