Job Summary

Provides support, monitoring, advisory and assistance to the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, policies and other related processes and matters to operating units; Leads the provision of inputs and recommendations to the Director/Chief Risk and Compliance Officer (CRCO) and Deputy Director for policy strategy formulation on various initiatives that may be related or affect the effective implementation of ERM

Qualification Standards

Education: Master's degree

Experience: 6 years of relevant experience

Training: 32 hours of relevant training/learning and development intervention

Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

Relevant Areas of Experience

• Enterprise/operational risk management
• Risk Monitoring, Reporting and Control
• ICT Operations and Support
• IT Development and Support
• Information and Cyber Security
• Project Management
• Data Governance and IT Architecture
• Business Process Improvement; and
• Cloud Adoption Risk, Project Risk, Security Risk

Professionals who possess certification/s in one or more of the following are preferred:

• Committee of Sponsoring Organizations Enterprise Risk Management (COSO ERM)
• International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 31000
• IT Infrastructure Library Version 4 (ITIL V4)
• Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies (CoBIT)
