Job Summary

Plans, directs, organizes, and controls the functions of the group under his/her jurisdiction; Assists the Director in the general supervision and control of the operations and activities of the department/office insofar as it pertains to the functions of his/her group; Provides technical assistance to the Managing Director, Deputy Governor, and other top management officials whenever called upon

Qualification Standards

Education: Master's Degree or Certificate in Leadership and Management from CSC

Experience: 8 years of relevant experience, 5 years of which involve supervisory/management experience

Training: 120 hours of supervisory/management training/learning and development intervention

Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

Relevant Areas of Experience

• Project Management
• Facilities Management, e.g. architectural, civil, structural, sanitary and plumbing works or other related fields

Other Preferred Qualification

• Licensed Engineer or Architect
