Job Summary

Plans, directs, organizes, coordinates, and controls the functions of the group under his/her jurisdiction; Leads the conduct of economic research, policy analysis, development, estimation, refinement, and analysis of various economic models and indicators; Supervises the conduct of related studies, position papers, and surveys; Oversees or reviews reports, short- to medium-term forecasts, and related materials; Represents the Department or the BSP as resource person on matters related to his/her policy area

Qualification Standards

Education: Master’s degree or Certificate in Leadership and Management from the Civil Service Commission

Experience: 8 years of relevant experience, 5 years of which involve
supervisory/management experience

Training: 120 hours of supervisory/management training/learning and
development intervention

Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
