Job Summary

Plans, directs, organizes, and controls the functions of the assigned group, which may include: monetary policy formulation, research on real and external sectors of the economy, financial sector developments, generation of macroeconomic forecasts, development of comprehensive, policy-relevant research program and conduct of market surveillance and big data analytics; Assists the Managing Director in the general supervision and control of the operations and activities of the department; Provides technical assistance to the Managing Director, Assistant Governor, Deputy Governor, and other top management officials whenever called upon

Qualification Standards

Education: Master’s degree or Certificate in Leadership and Management from CSC

Experience: 10 years of relevant experience, 5 years of which involve
supervisory/management experience

Training: 120 hours of supervisory/management training/learning and development intervention

Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
