Reviews or assists in the preparation of contracts/agreements; reviews and ensures that Articles of Incorporation/Cooperation and By-Laws of BSP-supervised financial institutions (BSFI), including proposed amendments as well as supporting documents, are legally in order; and renders legal advice and/or assistance to the Financial Supervision Sector (FSS)
Qualification Standards
Education: Bachelor of Laws
Experience: None required

Eligibility: R.A. No. 1080 (Bar)
Relevant Areas of Experience
• Legal Advisory or Legal Compliance involving issues on Commercial Law, such as, but not limited to:
- Corporate
- Business
- Banking
- Taxation
- Other related laws
• Legal advisory or legal compliance involving issues on Administrative Law
• Previous experience in Litigation and Trial, including:
- Prosecution
- Defense
- Arbitration
- Mediation
- Case Resolution
- Investigation
• That which involves issues on Commercial, Civil, Criminal, or Administrative Laws, or Other Related Fields
