Plans, directs, organizes, and controls the activities and resources of the team to ensure the delivery of timely and quality outputs; Provides technical or advisory consulting to stakeholders relative to matters under the jurisdiction of the team and on special assignments for the department

Qualification Standards

Education: Master’s degree or Certificate in Leadership and Management from CSC

Experience: 6 years of relevant experience, 4 years of which involve supervisory/management experience

Training: 40 hours of supervisory/management training/learning and development intervention

Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
