Job Summary
Leads the conduct of adjudication on consumer complaints arising from, or in connection with, financial transactions, products, and services, including the performance of other related activities; leads the conduct of mediation on consumer complaints endorsed by the Consumer Protection and Market Conduct Office (CPMCO) against BSP supervised financial institutions (BSFIs); and drafts and reviews mediation reports and adjudication orders/resolutions/decisions issued by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).
Qualification Standards
Education: Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor
Experience: 3 years of experience in:
• Mediation
• Adjudication
• Litigation
• Alternative dispute resolution, or
• Other related experience involving practice of law, preferably in
banking and finance
Training: 32 hours of relevant training/learning and development
intervention
Eligibility: Republic Act No. 1080 [Bar]
