Job Summary
Performs project and facilities management activities pertinent to the assigned functional cluster, such as: a) preparation of project design, estimates, scope of work, technical specifications, and procurement and contract documents; b) conduct of site inspections and evaluation; c) rehabilitation, preventive, and corrective repairs and maintenance, as well as monitoring and control of various mechanical, electrical, electronic, and other related systems, structures, furniture, and fixtures in the Security Plant Complex (SPC)
Qualification Standards
Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
Experience: 4 years of relevant experience
Training: 16 hours of relevant training/learning and development intervention
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
Relevant Areas of Experience
- Technical knowledge on the operation of Public Address and Backgroun Music (PA-BGM) systems which includes ensuring effective audio coverage, proper zoning, and integration with building management and emergency systems.
- Managed setup and configuation of PABX telephone systems including call routing, extension programming, and VoIP integration to support reliable internal and external communications.
- Planned and installed structured cabling systems for telecommunications infrastructure, supporting voice, data, and network connectivity across entreprise-level facilities.
- Designed and integrated AV systems including projectors, video conferencing tools, sound reinforcement, and digital signage to support corporate and educational environments.
Others - Knowledgeable in acoustics and audio signal processing, microphones and audio inputs, fundamental telephony concepts, AV equipment setup and calibration, electrical and electronics principles, and technical documentation and diagramming.
